We deliver all orders within Nairobi using boda drivers.

Kenya-wide deliveries (outside Nairobi)
Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via Ship Shap.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

International deliveries
Orders outside Kenya are shipped via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs depend on destination, package weight, and DHL rates.

Lost or damaged items
All items are shipped at the customer’s own risk. Thama is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping company. We will provide tracking information and contact details for the shipping company, and it is your responsibility to follow up with them if needed.
